Third Ghana Customer Service Awards comes off Oct. 2nd

The third Ghana Customer Service Awards comes off at the British Council on 2nd Oct 2012.

The event is to be organised by the Organisation for Customer Service Excellence-Ghana to celebrate excellence and professionalism in customer service delivery in Ghana.

A release signed by Mr. Hector Wulff, President of the Organisation, said the conference was part of the celebration of the Ghana Customer Service Week.

The Ghana Customer Service Week and Awards was founded by Mr. Wulff in Ghana three years ago.

The awards will be given to recognized companies and individuals' efforts in promoting good customer service in Ghana.

Some of the 12 categories of awards are the Ghana Customer Service Hall of Fame, the Corporate Ambassadors Awards category and the individual category.
