Tigo opens new customer centre at Abeka Lapaz

In its bid to improve customer experience and stay closer to its customers, Tigo Ghana has opened a new Customer Experience Centre at Lapaz.

This, the company said, was to help serve it’s growing customers around Achimota, Abelemkpe and surrounding areas.

The new centre boasts free Wi-Fi with guaranteed and reliable Internet connection for customers and has a dedicated area where customers can sample a wide range of handsets and tablets before making their purchase.

Speaking at the opening of the centre last week, the Head of Customer Operations at Tigo Ghana, Mr Stephen Essien, said the new centre was a testament to the company’s continued investment and commitment to its customers.

He said the company was investing heavily to expand its retail footprint across the country to match its growing subscriber base.

“As a digital lifestyle brand, we will continue to ensure that customers have the assistance they require to support their communication needs,” he said.

He added that Tigo would add more experience centres in the Greater Accra and Ashanti regions during the next quarter.

Mr Essien indicated that Tigo would continue to invest in its network and also introduce new products and services.
