Tigo unveils 0.07Gp experience, talk plans

Accra, Aug. 11, GNA - Tigo Ghana has unveiled what it termed 0.07Gp reduced-tariff experience together with other talk plans to further stretch its leadership as the most consumer-centric brand in the market. The 0.07Gp experience, which associated itself with renowned actor James Bond's 007 movie fame, provide Tigo customers a reduction in per minute call rate to seven (7) pesewas to inform consumers that the network remains the most affordable brand.

Rose Fynn, Tigo's Consumer Manager said through the consumer-centric approach, the company was leading the market in 93consumer-driven innovati= on, high speed go-to-market strategy, and responsive consumer service structure."

Maame Ama Owusu Arhin, Tigo Communications Manager, said affordability remained a critical factor affecting brand choice and in the face of stiff competition, Tigo brand would thrive on its strength. "The seven pesewas per minute will give consumers advantage they can= not enjoy anywhere else: longer talk time, less cost on phone credit, les anxiety to communicate and more spare credit to spend on our wide array of value added services on data entertainment and solutions."

To support the 0.07Gp experience, Tigo, she said had also created four different voice plans to meet consumer's unique needs:

Tripple Bonus on every reload to all local networks; Triple Bonus IDD on every reload for call to USA, Canada, India, China and UK landlines; Super Zone which provides heavily discounted rates from location of your choice; and Stop the Clock which enables you to talk for 10 whole minutes and pay for only the first three minutes of each Tigo calls.
