Tonaton.com wins Non-Ghanaian Startup of the Year for second year running

Tonaton.com has been adjudged the Non-Ghanaian Startup of the Year for the second year in a row at the Ghana Startup Awards 2017 held on Thursday at the Movenpick Hotel in Accra.

The Premium Bank Ghana Startup Awards which is in its 2nd year is designed to recognize and reward the works and contributions of startups to the Ghanaian economy and also create a thriving community of startups collaborating and empowering the Startup Ecosystem.

More than 150 startups in Ghana vied for awards in various categories including Media, Agriculture, Health, Education, FinTech and Technology in the second edition of the awards.

Tonaton.com which won in its category last year was nominated alongside a number of multinational startups in the category.

Receiving the awards, Daniel Sarpong Junior, Head of AD Sales for Tonaton Ghana expressed his gratitude for the nomination and thanked the public for their votes and support.
