Successful CEOs who by all standards are breaKing grounds and making a difference in their various fields will have an apportunity to be recognised and awarded at the maiden edition of the Ghana CEO awards.
The ceremony, a part of this year's Ghana CEO summit seeks to encourage excellence and hardwork among top business executives impacting society through their expertise and skill set.
Founder of the CEO network, Ernest De-Graft Egyir explains that the initiative is aimed at instilling excellence in the awards fraternity in the country.
According to him, not only will deserving personalities be awarded but also, they will be given the opportunity to know how they beat competition to win the awards - a move Ernest Egyir believes will serve as motivation for their peers and encourage others to strive for excellence.
"We believe that awards should be able to tell losers why they couldn't win , clarity is essential....We do this just tell you won an award, We tell you the processes, your strength, your weaknesses and why you won that award so that other CEOs who didn't win will know that I need to work on this aspect of my business".
Mr. Egyir expressed optimism about the success of this year's CEO summit.
He indicated that participants will be 'fully loaded' with knowledge on how to build their businesses at the close of the event.
The 2017 Ghana CEO Summit comes off on the 22nd and 23rd of May 2017.
The two day summit will be crowned with an awards gala and dinner dance on Tuesday May 23 at the Kempinski Gold Coast hotel in Accra.
