Total Petroleum Ghana Limited, the best Oil Marketing Company adjudged at the 2016 Ghana Oil and Gas Awards, dedicated the month of March to interact with customers on the forecourts of its service stations and enhance service delivery in their over 230 service stations across the country.

On one of the visits to the Liberty Service Station at Adabraka, some company staff along with the Retail and Network Manager and the Communications Manager made observations of daily service delivery and actively served customers who drove through the stations. Exemplary leadership was demonstrated through the execution of under bonnet services and windscreen cleaning among others.

The Communications Manager, Edna Kankam explained that this activity called ‘Top Service’ was a regular practice of the company to get closer to their customers by getting on the field and working hand in hand with the frontline station staff to serve customers and know their expectations.

The Retail and Network Manager, Thierry Chauveau stated that some Total Service Stations are undergoing renovation to enhance the whole customer experience. He added that some of the renovated service stations have additional state of the art lube bays, car wash centers and food corners such as KFC drive-through at the Tema Community 1 Stadium Station, Pizza Hut at the Hospital Road Station and the new Mugg & Bean Franchise and Vegetable stall at the Liberation Road Station. With these renovations, Total Service Stations are multi-purpose destination points for individual customers and families.

He assured customers to expect not only quality products but also quality services at any Total Service Station they stop over.
