UK Law Firm Wins "PSI" Consultation Contract

Eversheds, a UK law Firm, has scooped instructions to advise Ghana Infrastructure Limited (GIL) on a series of regeneration projects in Accra in conjunction with the Ghana government.

The firm won the mandate after tendering against a number of firms.

It will advise new client GIL on a number of projects in the capital city under a scheme called the ‘President’s Special Initiative’. The projects include the installation of a mass transit system and the provision of housing and medical buildings.

Eversheds projects partner Jonathan Cripps, who will lead the project and manage the firm’s relationship with GIL, said: "It is very rewarding to work on initiatives of this kind as they demand a wide range of expertise and deliver truly visible results."
