Some 37 former workers of the GCB Bank Ghana Limited have dragged the nation’s foremost commercial bank to the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) over the “wrongful” termination of their contracts.
According to them, their dismissal is “unfair, discriminatory and, as a result, violates their right to work”.
CHRAJ has, consequently, written to the Managing Director of GCB Bank Limited to respond within 10 working days.
