Western Rural Bank opens third office

Western Rural Bank Limited, an indigenous bank, has opened its third branch in Takoradi, with a call on individuals, churches, small and medium enterprises, to do business with the bank.

Dr. Edem Bart-Williams, Deputy Board Chairman of the bank, said it has undergone lots of transformation and innovation, and that has positioned the bank to offer excellent customer service.

He added that the desire for continuous improvement in its service delivery, mandate and operations, led to the development of new products and services, adding, ‘our new product and service are market-led, arising from a thorough market research to satisfy customers.

Dr. Bart-Williams added that the bank has currently employed 90 people within its operational areas, thereby helping to halt unemployment in the country.

The Western Rural Bank offers services such as personal salary loan, group loans, SME loans, Western Church loan, as well as Western susu loan.
