afb Ghana has recently celebrated its cherished customers with a weeklong programme dubbed “afb Happy Customer week”.
The focus of the programme was to show appreciation to their customers and also set the occasion for the senior management team to interact with customers at the branches, receive direct feedback on their services as well as address any complaints that may come up.
During the week of the celebration, most customers who walked into any afb branch received free branded items.
Commenting on the event, afb Customer Experience Manager, Mrs Jacquie Owusu Badu said the “afb Happy Customer Week programme is our way of saying thank you to our valuable customers across the country throughout the week. It is expected to be an annual event for the coming years”.
The weeklong celebration ended with a three day free health screening exercise for the customers of the Kumasi branch.
The health screening exercise which was dubbed “afb WAPOMU NHWEHWEMU” was organised in collaboration with BIMA, was very well patronised.
In an interview with the Head of unsecured loans, James Bortey Abuyeh, he said “as a business the health of our customers is very important to us and this is our token of contribution to the promotion of access to quality health care for our customers”.
