  So WHO has a share adding more taxes on tobacco products? What kinda nonsense is this to allow anybody to just add pressure above another just to get peoples money to the government. It's absurd and unrealistic......the white people are just bringing their habits and lifestyle by force upon us not looking at the salariés and other social welfare. Actually if you want this system to work than first of all make sure all your citizens have a solid income according to the level of increase of taxes...but in africa they don't consider all this elements but want taxes to rise the sky....if citizens can't pay for it...it will either increase the criminalité in the country,destroy the economy or worse!! Don't let white knowledge and lifestyle influence our life's in africa...développement is good but not at high speed!!! CITIZENS FIRST THAN TAXES!!!
