If it is the national security policy for the Governor to have that security facility, then it is the responsibility of the government of the day to disconnect that facility so that it does not appear that the Governor has ill intentions to use it while he is no longer in office.

They only had to secure the BoG systems, and monitor what the former governor would thereafter do from his home. The nature of the raid (because of wires, etc.) suggests that Ghana has a very long way to securing our most sensitive systems. Poor Ghana!
