I Wonder why Dr Avea left out sports. Just only one successful footballer could earn a salary in a month equal to the total monthly salary of 70% of professionals in the U/W.Infact if i were ever the minister of U/W, U/E, i will make the regions specilize in sports and will be the area of choice for sporting talents. this is because it difficult for these region to compete most other regions with natural resources and favourable environmental factors such as rains. The illegible sports components such as the youth keeps straying to the south. Kenya is counted in the world because they have specialized in long distance atlethics drawing huge individual and national benefits.
