The mature ones among them too are not setting good examples for them to follow, typical example being the minister of trade. All of them want to milk Ghana. Let Omane Boamah respond to Daily Guide and the whole country.

The Chinese company won the contract through the correct process and Omane Boamah single-handedly cancelled the contract just like in the case of the Bankswitch contract, which was also single-handedly cancelled by Hanna Tetteh.
And this was after the Chinese company in April of 2012 had won this contract, and I am sure had greased the necessary palms and also made some payments to the NDC party for the 2012 election campaign, and Omane Boamah after collecting the kickbacks, then goes ahead to cancel it and afterwards, awards the contract again, without going through the legally required process of awarding contracts, that is through competitive bidding through the central tender board, in a manner akin to selling tomatoes at Makola to KNET, a company whose CEO is his Deputy at the Communications Ministry, under some very bizarre, unknown instrument, except to John Mahama and Omane Boamah and Ato Sarpong called executive approval in this country. This is the height of nation-wrecking activity and crass impunity.
KNET meanwhile has never had any expertise in the deployment of the DTT platform anywhere on this planet, but John Mahama and Omane Boamah together with Ato Sarpong believe a legally awarded contract that has gone through the procurement process with them having collected all the kickbacks, should be arbitrarily terminated and re-awarded by executive fiat?
Never in the history of this country have we seen such lawlessness and impunity leading to the loss of millions and millions of dollars, through judgment debts, some dubious and some justified, never.
Should StarTimes succeed in suing the gov't, John Mahama, Omane Boamah, Ato Sarpong and all those involved should be surcharged and face jail time as well.
Ghana deserves the best.

This is not logical. Why agree before the contract is scrutinized? They they just want to rubber stamp it? Or it was all deliberate so they share the money with the Chinese?
