The prosecution said Peter Toure told the complainant that he decided to invest the money in Ghana and would like him to be his agent in Ghana.
He told the court that, he further went ahead to tell the complainant that he was sending Moussan, his secretary to come and see him for feasible studies.
Police Inspector Jubiok said the complainant who had fallen victim to this before, feigned interest in the deal and asked him to send his secretary.
He said on February 25, Moussan arrived in Ghana and met the complainant who lodged him at ‘Charles Palace Guest House’ at Darkuman for three days at his expense.
