The presiding judge, Mr. Yaw Atta Sampong gave the sentence after Effah had corroborated the prosecutor’s case and the evidence adduced.
Inspector Essel briefed the court that in the evening of April 5, this year Mr. Timbilla parked his motorbike with registration number NR – 5017 – 12 in his house and went to town, but he could not find it when he returned.
