Accra, Oct. 27, GNA - Personnel of the Motor Traffic and Transport Unit (MTTU) of the Ghana Police Service in Accra on Thursday arrested Samuel Doku, a fake driving school instructor as he coached a learner along the Kanda Highway.
Mr Solomon Kobina Ntim, Deputy Superintendent of Police told the Ghana News Agency that police were on routine checks along the Highway when they intercepted a vehicle with the inscription "Ultimate Driving School"
Mr Ntim said during a check the police observed that the vehicle did not carry the original learners' plate issued by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA). He said besides Doku could not produce his Instructors' Certificate and had not duly registered the driving school with the DVLA.
