Agona Swedru (C/R), Jan., 29, GNA - A circuit court at Agona Swedru, has remanded Anim Mensah alias Joe, 21, from Senya Beraku, for defiling an 11-year-old school girl. The accused person, who pleaded not guilty would reappear before the court on February 2, 2009.
