A woman together with two men have run into trouble with the law over alleged attempted robbery.
Comfort Akuoko Domfe, Kwabena Emmanuel and Francis Addai, on Thursday appeared before a Kumasi Circuit Court and they were remanded into prison custody.
This was after they had pleaded not guilty to the crime.
The court presided over by Mrs. Afua Adu Amankwaah, ordered that they made their next appearance on June 02.
The accused had engaged the services of driver, Samba Abubakari, to carry them in his taxi to Meduma in the Afigya-Kwabre District on April 29.
Police Chief Inspector Timothy Amoako said mid-way through the journey, the driver, saw the two men exchanged an object he suspected to be a gun.
He instinctively sped to a nearby police checkpoint, where a toy gun was found on them.
