NDC-USA wishes to express its gratitude to the organizers, contestants and all delegates for the success of the just ended National Delegates' Conference of our great party. We followed closely events before, during and after the conference and it would be an overstatement to say that the acrimony that characterized NPP congress was completely absent. We hope that other political parties will emulate this example. Truly, we are the pacesetters.
Besides, NDC-USA is grateful to the delegates, especially for electing this great personalities to lead the party for the next four years. Given the enviable records of all the contestants for the various positions, it seemed to be a very tedious task to make the choice. In spite of this seemingly difficult exercise, you were able to make the best choice to the admiration of all members and the entire Ghanaians. Indeed you are great king makers.
Societies evolves over time and therefore, it is imperative to take a look at its Dos and Don'ts to meet the exigency of the time. It is in this light that NDC-USA gives a thumb up to the outgoing executives, the constitutional committee of the party and conference for the amendments. As a true grassroots political party, it is in order that we give the power back to the people. The expansion of the composition of the delegates and the intended further expansion to include all members after completing the biometric registration, is a manifestation of a Social Democratic Party.
The change of the Propaganda to Communication Officer is in the right direction. This will give communicators enough time to explain and sell government's programs, policies and achievements instead of wasting time responding to the mischiefs of our political opponents with respect to the true meaning of 'Propaganda'.
To conclude, NDC-USA wish to remind the executives of the core mandate to win election 2016. We pledge our unflinching support to you in all aspect to ensure the realization of this mandate.
Long Live Ghana
Long Live NDC.
Eye Zu, Eye Za
Signed
