Daddy Rich to be Honored at the 3G Awards

New York based Nigerian Activist Daddy Rich to be Honored at the 3G Awards

The 4th Annual 3G Awards has an interesting number of honorees. Among them is a New York based popular Nigerian Activist called; Richard Iyasere aka Daddy Richard, greetings; "Omo Naija". He is a community leader in the Greater New York metropolitan area. He is originally from Edo State, Nigeria.

Iyasere has extensive work community service and civic engagement, reflected in eleven years of consistent dedication as an organizing member of the Nigerian Independence Day Parade, the first and longest running parade in the city which has been in existence for 20 years.

Other community initiatives he is involved include: a member of the Community Board 1; District 17 Round Table member in the New York City Council; and Committee Chair at African Advisory Council of the Bronx under Borough President Ruben Diaz, jr. Iyasere is also a one-time vice president of the Nigerian Unique Club of New York and the former president of African Club, Bronx Community College among many accomplishments and feats.

The event is to be produced by 3G Media, Inc. in partnership with Spirit, Soul & Body Workshop (SSBW), Sankofa Magazine and Global Marketing & Entertainment. is in recognition of exceptional leaders and their contributions to the Ghanaian and Global communities.which occurs in New York has an interesting number of great personalities as honorees. The 2014 3G Global Community Leadership Award has been also nicknamed; "A Night of Heroes" celebrating our honorees.

The event will be held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 9 p.m. at the Ghanatta Hall, 2180 Webster Avenue, Bronx, New York, USA. Donation - $100 VIP, $50 regular.
