Dr Ogoe, an herbal doctor at Ogoe Medicine has advised the general public to take caution on what they eat since it can affect their human system. He made this statement on Radio Focus’s Akwantuomunsem talkshow last Monday 07-05-2012 when the host of the programme, Osei Frimpong also known as Amansanboafuo was discussing pains in general.
The herbal doctor made it known that there were 3 types of pains; body, veins and bone. Adding that, these pains were attained from sweets, sickle cell disease, rheumatism, exercise and attraities.
Continuing that, men should avoid ripe plantain and the carrying of heavy weights as well as controlling their diets especially at their 40s because it causes waist pains.
“It is important to keep the stomach clean because it is the body’s engine”, Dr. Ogoe noted. He however advised the public to take-in warm water or green tea instead of ice water. Explaining that, the drinking of warm water or green tea burns fats in the body and reduces constipation as well as back pain.
Moreover, the Dr. disclosed that chronic diseases like rheumatism and sickle cell disease need medical attention whilst normal pains need a doctor’s advice. As a herbalist, Dr. Ogoe informed the public that, he heals spiritual sickness and diseases like affection between married couples, lack of finance, laziness among others.
Next week the discussion will be centred on Marital Issues titled “Is Marriage the Ultimate in Life”? And the guests are Mrs Joyce Amankwa of Apostolic Church International London Branch, Ms Georgina Tweneboah(Mame Sua twi kasa) and Pastor Nana Kusi of Christ Preachers Church International London branch.
