Introduction
HEAFA International, Inc. (Health and Education Alliance for Africa) , a registered 501C-3 Tax-Exempt Charity, was formed pursuant to the filing of Articles of Incorporation with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance on December 26th 2008.
Mission
HEAFA International was formed to encourage, solicit, receive and manage voluntary private support, grants and contributions to promote childhood education with computer literacy, establish community libraries and raise health awareness while supporting African general hospitals with donated medical equipment, materials and supplies for the benefit of deprived communities in sub-Saharan Africa.
Structure
In addition to the New York Headquarters, five Regional Offices are being established in Canada, The United Kingdom, France, The Netherlands and Germany to expand our charitable operations for more donations to further our humanitarian mission in sub-Saharan Africa. Six African Country-offices have been established in Ghana, Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, The Ivory Coast and South Africa with respective national governments as our partners, from where our mission can be effectively executed in the urban and rural communities. The New York Headquarters has successfully established partnerships with organizations and potential donors who share the same vision with HEAFA International to enhance HEAFA International operations.

Donations
HEAFA International connects sub-Saharan children to ideas and to a world beyond their communities. These connections do not happen on their own. To ensure that HEAFA International, a non-profit 501C-3 Organization, connects sub-Saharan children to ideas and to each other, HEAFA International needs the support of philanthropic people and organizations to sustain this program. Through your generous donations and active involvement, HEAFA International will be enabled to provide programs and other opportunities to deprived sub-Saharan African children. If you wish to make any donation to a worthy cause, please visit HEAFA International website: www.heafai.org. All donations will be fully tax-deductible. Thank you!
