Christy Collins is a Ghanaian author who lives in Virginia, USA and is also a co-host of a TV show called; The African Lifestyle on PAX TV which was featured on Ghanaweb recently. Actress, writer, director, producer. Born in Cape Coast, Ghana/West Africa, Christina is the daughter of William and Veronica Agyarko. She attended the University of Cape Coast where she founded the drama group, C Theater. She wrote and directed plays like I Married My Mother, The Angels, Who Is to Blame, etc. She is also a co-author of a pictorial book for the American Red Cross Transplantation Services.
After university, Christina became the head of the Women's Commission of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS). She got married to William Collins and the couple migrated to London. In 1994, she gave birth to a baby girl and named her Breege. The family migrated to America in May 1996.
