Kofi Adams is Politically Bankrupt, Unintelligent and must be Ignored. – CPP North America (CPPNA).
Speaking on Asempa Ekosii Sen, (Thursday, November 1st, 2012) Kofi Adams ignorantly said the next IEA debate should be between two candidates; President John Mahama and Nana Akuffo Addo.
Such thinking could only have come from a political novice who needs to grow but has purposely “put on adult clothing and thinks he could play with adults”. Winston Churchill once said “an appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile, hoping it will eat him the last”. Obviously, Kofi Adams is clueless on the implications of his loose talk and we feel very much for him. The CPPNA believes that if there was to be objectivity among some media houses and political pundits in the country, they would be taking a second look at the policies from Dr. Sakara and Mr. Ayariga and lead the general public into a serious political debate on whom to vote for. The status quo hasn’t worked and it’s about time our media houses disseminated the truth.
First, Kofi Adams should note that the debates are for political parties who have representatives in parliament. That is why only four candidates were invited and not all parties contesting for the upcoming elections.
Second, if NDC and NPP had not bankrupted the nation the questions the IEA would have presented were going to pivot around “expansion and sustainability of our economy” but not on “how to fix the broken Ghanaian economy”. NDC and NPP have indeed destroyed Ghana’s economy. And by the way who led the destruction of the nation? Is it not the paymaster of Kofi Adams? Ghanaians and the IEA should therefore NOT give credence to what Kofi Adams says since he has been fed with the same undemocratic, imprudent and bankrupt ideas by his boss and paymaster, the Rawlings’s.
Given that Kofi Adams lacks the capability for basic comprehension of the policies presented by those he wishes to eliminate (Dr. Sakara and Mr. Ayariga), let us do him a favor by offering a notable economic advice: 1. CPP and PNC’s policies are the best options to help fix the broken economy if he, Kofi Adams, intends to leave an inheritance for his children. Undeniably, if one would put their political biases aside, they would notice that Dr. Sakara was a shade ahead of his colleagues in the debate. He outlined a solid prognosis of where the nation is heading considering where we have come from. CPP’s answers concisely presented by Dr. Sakara for Ghana’s sick economy, now in intensive care (thanks to Prof. Badu Akosa) are prudent; geared towards fixing the economy; assuring basic necessities of life; accelerating growth and industrialization as envisaged by our founding fathers. 2. Mr. Ayariga presented radical policies (that could fix the country) which were better than the policies of the personalities Kofi Adams is calling on the IEA to maintain for the second debate. The only snag with Mr. Ayariga was that he was over confident and made some errors in his delivery. People should therefore consider the substance of his policies and not the medium of delivery and the grammatical errors we all make in life.
This is our advice to Kofi Adams: he should first try and repair his tainted image in the NDC for the alleged conspiracy to and denting the chances of his party. Second, he should go back to the classroom to teach the children; help fix the badly damaged educational system that his boss and party helped bring about. Kofi Adams’ short memory is evident here as he is failing to realize that it was his boss who destroyed our industrial base and our educational system. CPP and PNC have better answers to Ghana’s educational system and its industrial base. Third, he should get himself some books to read; build his knowledge in political economy and history of Ghana if he wants to take part in political discourse. This is because the naïve political ideas that he (Kofi Adams) espouses on radio and other media are illogical, politically bankrupt and unintelligent. Such thinking will not help Ghana grow; Ghanaians have suffered for far too long due to people like Kofi Adams.
Our final words for Kofi Adams are these: David Wolf once said “Idealism is what precedes experience, cynicism is what follows”. CPPNA is hereby cautioning Kofi Adams, to never miss a good chance to SHUT UP!!!
God Bless our homeland Ghana.
