Koforidua Royals Club-UK to donate coronavirus relief items to Koforidua Central Hospital

Lots of institutions have contributed to the fight of the novel pandemic coronavirus disease since its outbreak in Ghana.

Ghana had recorded its first confirmed case in February 2020 and has recorded over 6000 confirmed cases with over 2000 recoveries and 34 deaths as at May 2020.

The new institution to join the fight is 'Koforidua Royals Club-UK".

Speaking to this website, the president of the UK based Ghanaian group, Mr Kingsley Boakye-Yiadom (Nana King) has divulged that they are gearing up to make donation wealth Ghs9000 to the Koforidua central hospital as a contribution towards the fight against the pandemic at Juabeng South Constituency where two confirmed COVID19 cases have been recorded.

Items to be dispatched by the club to the Koforidua Central Hospital may include a thousand pieces of hand gloves, face shades, thermometer guns, surgery clothes, five hundred disposable face masks, eighty-seven bottles of hand sanitizers, four veronica buckets, among other COVID19 relief items.

Koforidua Royal Club-UK is made of indigenous from Koforidua living in the UK. The club is chaired by Mr Kingsley Boakye Yiadom and Nana Kwasi Boateng.
