NDC-Canada Chapter Launching

The Canada Chapter of the National Democratic Congress invites all NDC members, sympathizers, entire Ghanaian community and friends of Ghana to the formal launching of the NDC-Canada Chapter in Montreal, QC, Canada on Saturday November 17, 2007.

The Chapter which serves as the coordinating body of all its branches in Canada was formed on July 15, 2007 and was subsequently approved by the Functional Executive Council (FEC) in a letter dated August 9, 2007.

This inaugural Dinner / Dance will be held at The Masonic Foundation of Quebec located at 1850 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal QC from 6:00 P.M. - 3:00 A.M. Guests of Honour: Hon. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, National Organiser of NDC and Hon. Kofi Attor, Director of International Relations. Also in attendance are Hon. Dr. Mustapha Ahmed, MP for Ayawaso East, Alhaji Huudu Yahya, National NDC Vice Chairman, Representatives of NDC Chapters from the United States and other dignitaries.

This event represents another unique opportunity to help build and strengthen the NDC towards its forward match to win power come 2008 National Elections in Ghana.
