Ghanas consular to Swaziland in the southern Africa region, Hon kobla Quashie has tipped the Black Stars of Ghana as the number one favourites to lift the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations title.
Quashie, , who have spent more than two decades in the southern African region, told media that in port Elizabetrh where Black stars will be based, the Black Stars are the clear-cut favourites with the measuring rod being their recent and past performances.
