Agnes Opoku Agyemang Presents 'Me Nnsan Makyi'

As has been stated often and often in recent times, the Garden City of Ghana, Kumasi is gradually becoming the nerve centre of the vibrant gospel music in the country.

This assertion stems from the fact that all the gospel artistes who churned out almost all the hit gospel albums and songs are residents of Oseikrom. The latest to add her rich voice to the tall list of the prolific Kumasi gospel stars is charming Agnes Opoku Agyemang with her current album, 'Me Nnsan Makyi', literally meaning (I will not turn back).

The album, the second from the young female artiste, is tailored to touch the hearts of many with her inspirational words and encouragement especially to the down-hearted.

Indeed all the eight tracks on the album are full of praises, adoration, glory and honour to the Most-High God. Some of the fascinating and danceable songs on the album include 'Bone Nketenkete', 'Mesom Onyame A Otease', 'Empaaba Koko Woanim', 'Onyame Gyemeso' and the title track 'Me Nnsan Makyi'.

The flip side of the album contains beautiful tracks like 'Emere Pa Beba', 'Awurade Kae Me' and 'Emere No Awieduru'. Interestingly, all the songs on the album were written, arranged and composed by Agnes herself, who did the lead and backing vocals. The recording was done at the Jehovah Nissi Digital Studio with Stephen Asiedu of Assteve Audio Visual Productions, Kumasi as the Executive producer.,

Agnes 'Me Nnsan Makyi' is not only receiving massive airplay across the country, but is also doing marvelously well on the market as well as on the various gospel charts shows.

The album comes as a perfect Xmas gift from Agnes and therefore encourages all households and individuals to grab copies from musical shops and join her to worship and praise the Maker.
