Leader of Heaven Way Ministries International, Patricia Asiedua, alias Nana Agradaa, has sued a former associate pastor for illegally occupying her property.

According to the suit filed at the Weija Circuit Court by her lawyer, Richard Asare Baffour of Agyaa Asamani Law Consult, the defendant, Charles Omane, popularly known as One Gig, was assigned a property located at Block Factory, Kasoa Road, as his official residence while serving as an assistant pastor.

"The plaintiff avers that the defendant has left the church but has failed or refused to deliver vacant possession of the said property to the plaintiff, regardless of the repeated demands made on him to do so.

"Meanwhile, the plaintiff, who has engaged a new pastor, requires the property to, among other purposes, serve as the new official residence of this new pastor," part of the suit sighted by GhanaWeb read.

As part of the three demands being sought, Agradaa is asking the court to order One Gig to deliver vacant possession of the property in question and award solicitor's fees and costs against him.
