Akesse Brempong storms Jamestown with Agape Carnival

The carnival is slated to take place on the 28th and 29th of July The carnival is slated to take place on the 28th and 29th of July

It’s been 3 editions of impactful, life transforming and entertaining “Agape Carnivals” for two consecutive times at the West Hills mall and the most recent one held at the Kumasi City mall right from 2015 through to 2017. Despite the overwhelming reception and success of the previous carnivals, this year’s edition promises to be bigger, better and twice as impressive as the former.

Following a brief break from hosting it in the nation’s capital, as it was held recently in Kumasi, the Akesse Brempong ministries couldn’t help but bring the train back to Accra as a lot of expectant fans within Accra were heartbroken when the carnival they so much looked forward to was redirected to Kumasi last year. However, the coastline is blessed once more to host this carnival in the most vibrant and artistic community in the nation’s capital, that is, Jamestown British-Accra, on the premises of the Mantse Agbona.

The location for this year’s event was strategically chosen to spread God’s love to the homeless, poor, unsaved and tramadol-addicted youths of this area. It falls in line with an ongoing campaign by the ministry against drug and tramadol abuse while offering to those afflicted an ever potent and permanent remedy to their condition,Jesus.

The carnival which attracts over 5,000 people annually is slated to take place on the 28th and 29th of July and has a line up of extremely gifted and anointed artistes to grace the occasion.

This year’s edition will see the hosting of Ghana’s first ever mega gospel carnival on Saturday the 28th of July, commencing with a *No Weed, Anti drug abuse walk* where we evangelize to the victims of tramadol abuse within the ghettos of Jamestown while simultaneously burning calories. The train then continues on for a free health screening at Mantse Agbona for the inhabitants of Jamestown and it’s surroundings as well as the general public. There will also be a display of various products and services from diverse vendors ranging from gospel centered music, books, clothing and artifacts to various cuisines, musical instruments,P.A systems, among many others.

The day would be climaxed with a talent hunt where diverse gifting ranging from music ministers to instrumentalists, dancers, poets, comedians, artists and a whole lot more would be given the platform to showcase their essence.

The two-day gospel carnival would be finally crowned on Sunday the 29th of July, with the “Heal Our Land” concert where the lion, Akesse Brempong, together with the Tribe of Judah would do what they do best. This year’s concert will also feature the legendary Soul Winners and gospel’s own royalty, Ohemaa Mercy.

Kindly mark down these dates on your calendars and cross out your schedules on those days in order to make time to encounter how #Godisworking on your behalf with a fierce #Roar towards your enemies while showing you #Crazylove that will draw you a step #Closer in your walk with Him,causing you to feel high on the Holy ghost even with #NoWeed.
