Ghanaian sensational comic actor Akwesi Boadi popularly known as Akrobeto will return to the Stage on Valentine's Day 14th February to entertain Ghanaians for the first time in a long while in a live theatre performance dubbed "Man In the Dark".

Over the years the prolific actor has graced our screen with exceptional performances in his movies but nothing can be compared to what he is bringing on stage in this master piece.

He stars alongside screen Goddess Beverly Afaglo who makes her first stage appearance in this production.

Man in Dark is a romantic stage comedy play about a successful businessman who finds out that the woman he had affair with in his past happens to be his pregnant wife's best friend. Everything he has worked for all his life depends on this secret being kept from his wife.

He is threatened to divorce his wife or have the secret blown to her. He decides to get even with his wife by having her raped by his best friend.

When darkness consumes us it kills our humanity and makes us heartless.

This masterpiece is Produced by the 2idiots Productions in Partnership with the national theatre of Ghana, Zoe's foundation and Joy FM. The play also stars Pearl Korkor Darkey, Yibor Kojo Yibor, Jeneral Ntatia and Docter so. Man in the Dark will be staged at the national theatre on 14th February 2019 at 7pm. Tickets are going for 60ghc.

The play is directed by Solomon Fixon Owoo, Daniel Kojo Delong and Fiifi Coleman.
