Dunkay and CD retailer, Robert, dropped all litigation yesterday (June 16) in a money dispute, ending a hot argument that began on Monday.

Daniel Kwabena Osei Jnr, aka Dunkay, husband and executive producer of gospel musician, Anita Afriyie was arrested on Monday, June 13, by Detective Ankrah of the Sofoline police station after he raided a Music Shop in Kumasi which belongs to Karemode.

Abro, who is a movie producer and an eye witness at the time of Dunkay's arrest reported to 'Showbiz Inside Reports' on the Metropolitan Drive that the “Adehye Mogya” hit maker’s hubby claimed Robert, a CD retailer at one of Karemode’s Music Shop failed to pay an amount he owed him hence his decision to take away some CDs in his shop.

The two parties after a mediation from the Suame divisional police commander, agreed to settle down and solve the situation amicably.

Abro, who was part of the meeting yesterday reported to Metro Fm that, Dunkay and Robert came into a peaceful agreement.

"If any money changed hands after the meeting, I refuse to talk about the exact figure, but I know there is an agreement. Robert has accepted to pay Dunkay his money. After the meeting, Robert paid 30% of the amount but I can't give the figure because this is off radio."

Abro further on added that; "everyone was pleased that the bitter battle was over."

"We are grateful to Ray Charles Marfo and you Big Shark for the wonderful job you are doing on the Metropolitan drive."
