It seems Emelia Brobbey needs a special grace from God to be able to win over the hearts of Ghanaian music lovers due to the consistent trolls she receives from Ghanaians occasionally. In 2019, the actress-turned-singer became a victim of internet trolling as netizens on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms heavily mocked her for releasing her then latest song, “Fa Meko”.

In attempt to redeem her image, the amiable actress on Tuesday, 21st January, 2020 released her latest single dubbed ‘Odo Electric’ with the hope that the mid-tempo song will sink straight into the hearts of music lovers but available posts on Twitter batters that hope with most of the post attributing the actress’s improved voice to computer auto tune.

@Kaypoisson1 wrote that; "Auto tune is the best thing to ever happen to music See how Emelia Brobbey is about to compete for Female vocalist of the year".

@Mr_Ceyram also likened Emelia’s voice to that of “Ataa Adwoa” hitmaker, Bosom P Yung

•”They auto tuned Emelia Brobbey to sound like Bosom P Yung. Wow”

@Hw3_Ni_gyimiiBi wrote that;

"Emelia Brobbey and Wendy Shay dema song be like dem do give primary schools make dem take celebrate our day"

@noelhimself praised Emelia yet maintained that auto tune was used.

•”TBH the Emelia Brobbey’s Odo Electric no be bad like that. She force + auto tune”

@IamAreala indicated that the budding musician is battling American pop star T-Pain for the best auto tune user.

•”It's like Emelia Brobbey is battling T-Pain on who's the best auto tune user. #OdoElectric”

@ECG__Ghana furthered that;

"BREAKING NEWS!!! IT'S OFFICIAL... Emelia Brobbey is the female version of Patapaa Thanks for your understanding."
