Awesome experience at the Love Revolution Conference 2011

It was a blast of an experience for thousands of Christians and others from all walks of life who thronged the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre to participate in the maiden edition of the Love Revolution Conference.

The three day event which took off on Wednesday, June 8 is being organized by Eastwood Anaba Ministeries on the theme “Let Brotherly Love Continue.”

The auditorium started filling up as early 4:30pm when gates were opened and by 5:30 when the programme was officially started, about 80% of the 4000 seater Dome was filled with people but more were yet to come as it turned out that by far Ghana’s biggest auditorium, was not after all big enough to contain the thousands of patrons who had come to partake in this awesome opportunity to celebrate the love of God.

Present at the opening night were senior pastors from some of Ghana’s popular churches including Dr. Mensa Otabil, Rev. Gordon Kisseih, Rev Witcomb, Rev. Bob Asare, Prophet Kakra Baiden and several others from Ghana and beyond.

Eastwood Anaba, founder and President of Eastwood Anaba Ministries was at his ministering best as he spoke on the Theme “the Love Revolution,” a theme he has been preaching on for the past five years and has already authored seven books on the subject so far.

He admonished the leadership of Churches in Ghana and the body of Christ in general to embrace unity and encourage their members to fellowship and leave in peace with members of other churches.

“If members of Fountain Gate Chapel see that I am united with Dr. Mensah Otabil, they will learn to leave in unity with those from Central Gospel; if members of Faith Alive Chapel see that I am united with Rev Bob Asare, they will learn to unite with their colleagues from Fountain Gate;” stressing that the responsibility of uniting the body of Christ in this country rests more with the pastors and leaders of the various churches.

The spirit of God moved in an unprecedented dimension causing almost everybody in the auditorium to stand on their feet throughout the ministration. There were deliverances and awesome miracles as well.

According to the leadership of the Eastwood Anaba Ministries, the Love Revolution conference seeks to bring together Christians from all walks of life to fellowship without walls and celebrate the agape love of God.

The convener of the conference, Rev. Eastwood Anaba, who is also the founder and President of Eastwood Anaba Ministries says the conference is meant to stir the love of God among individuals, families, churches and Ghanaians in general.

The conference enters its second day today, Thursday, June 8 with the morning session. Rev. Mrs Rosemond Anaba is scheduled to speak on the Topic: The Discovering Power of Love while Rev. Eastwood himself also ministers on the theme: The Time of Love.

Dr. Mensa Otabil Ministers in the night on the topic: “The Transforming Power of Love.”
