Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin who was the main Guest Speaker for this year’s ‘Tek Talk’ literally rapped students to forgive versatile Ghanaian actress, Nana Ama McBrown who arrived at the event late.

McBrown who was supposed to have spoken first at the event arrived late following a problem her vehicle developed on her way to the Great Hall at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Organisers gave up any hope of her coming only for her to show up midway into the presentation by the longest-serving lawmakers attracting cheers and boos from the students halting proceedings

But Hon Bagbin asked the students to forgive her for coming late indicating that it was not her fault but circumstances beyond her control.

‘Tek Talk’ is organised by the student leadership of KNUST for celebrities and persons in high positions to inspire them and tell their life stories and challenges they encountered on their journeys to the present state.
