Ben Brako release new album

Ben BrakoBen Brako, one of Ghana’s taunted highlife stars, after ten “self-retirement” has released his new album entitled “Adenda”.


The album with 9 potent tracks that can drive any listener to his feet to dance both young and old was launched in Accra. Ben Brako in his opening performance backed by the Solid Grove Band elated the participants at the launch so much that, they could not help but to join him.


Adez of TV3 Mentor fame was available to add some glamour to the night. Ben Brako was backed to perform the title album to the audience. Some of the songs on the album are “Dance with me”, “Adenda” featuring Soni Bali, “Adoma” featuring Papa Flava, “Yesu Beye” featured Tic Tac, Serwah and Ivy among other.


Mr. Wereko Brobbey was present to give a message of hope to the audience for Highlife and his plans after leaving the Ghana @ 50 secretariat. He said he wants to help in giving a facelift to the promotion and revamping of the highlife music of Ghana again.


According to Ben Brako, he has been developing songs while in hibernation, now he is back with this new album with strong collection of young artiste like Tic Tac, Sonli Bali and Papa Flava.


He also disclosed that the album will soon be taken on a tour both locally and international. “The album will start from my home region of Central Region in January with subsequent launch in Europe”. The launch was done by Stracom Africa and supported by Cardline fashions.
