The ‘Mansa’ singer who was worried about the issue did all he could to get the page back but all his efforts proved futile. The musician real name Ronald Kwaku Dei Appiah has told Zionfelix on Radio Univers some of the many steps he took just to get his account back.

In a one-on-one chat with Zionfelix on Brunch2Lunch entertainment show Monday morning, the multiple award-winning musician disclosed that he visited Facebook’s headquarters at Menlo Park, California, United States in USA to meet bosses at the world’s biggest social media platform just to help him regain the hacked account. Not only did he travel to the Headquarters in USA, Bisa Kdei also called on top officials at the UK office when he visited the country and again, they couldn’t help him.

He disclosed that he knocked on their doors three times but later gave up because the demands from him were not easy to obtain.

According to Bisa Kdei, the top officials at the Headquarters asked for letter from Supreme Court but he could not get his account back after he submitted it.

When the Black Legendary Music signed artiste contacted the hacker, he demanded $3000. Bisa Kdei did not pay the requested cash not because he cannot afford it but the person added that he would give him, Bisa Kdei access to the account whilst he, the hacker also posts his raunchy videos on the platform.
