The debate over whether or not Ghana should be under lockdown, in the midst of increased coronavirus case count was lit and indeed, it put government in a dilemma as it weighed the options.
For some persons, a lockdown would inconvenient the poor considering the fact that many live on a ‘hand-to-mouth’ basis while others argued that prevailing circumstances mean that stricter measures have to be put in place.
Lockdown! Way to go?
Also, is the wild jubilation that has greeted the legalization of cannabis for health and industrial purposes, a sign that the passage is long overdue or the celebration is informed by miscommunication of what really the green light means?
