Kokovelli C. O. Lewis, the winner of the hiplife competition formerly organized alongside Miss Ghana by Media Whizz Kids, for 2001, a year after Terry Bonchaka won the maiden edition, is collaborating with the Zaaza man, in his (Kokovelli?s) third album.
Nathaniel Totimeh a.k.a. Kokovelli after his debut hit Zaaza, which was followed by his controversial second album titled ?African woman?, is already in the studio working to release yet another hit for his third project. Unlike his first two albums Kokovelli is featuring C. O. Lewis in about two tracks.
After he was crowned the hiplife champion, C. O. Lewis came out with his first album titled ?Eye New Style? sub titled ?C. O. Lewis aba?. Unfortunately, his album was not successful because according to him, Media Whizz Kids were supposed to promote it couldn?t continue the promotion like they did for the late Terry Bonchaka because they had no sponsorship.
In chat with C. O. , he accepted that his first album couldn?t fly up to his expectation but believes all things work together for good. The hiplife champion expressed his opinion on Kokovelli?s new album:
?Kokovelli is a great hiplife artiste. He is already flying with two successful albums and he has decided to feature me on his third album. I think it?s a great opportunity and I will make the best out of it. I think this is also a chance for me to show my fans that I?m still strong and clear the way for my new and second album, which will come like a bomb blast, like an unexpected visitor ?, said the new hiplife star.
C. O?s next show is at Germany with Batman, Kokovelli, Okomfour and other hiplife greats.
