A legion of fans and well-wishers besieged the streets of Cape Coast doing an appreciation float, to welcome their son Teephlow (Baidoo Lukeman), who distinguished himself at the 2018 Ghana Music Awards, winning Record of the Year.
The float was part of a “thank you” tour, which also saw him pay courtesy calls to the Paramount Chief, Regional Imam and the Central Regional Minister.
The clever rapper beat Kumi Guitar, Samini, and Sarkodie, to win the award for his song “State of the Art”.
Signed to SpyderLee Entertainment, Teephlow is also alumnus of The Next Big Thing reality show, and was formerly signed to Da’Hammer’s “Last 2 Music Group”.
He has several songs to his credit including New Era, The Warning, Riding, Sei Hor, Phlowducation, Enter, etc. He recently published the Phlowducation EP, and has worked with some of the biggest names in Ghanaian hiphop.
