Steven Fiawoo aka Praye Tiatia, a former member of music group Praye, now Cartel Big J has hinted that fans and patrons of his defunct group Praye should be expecting a comeback of the music trio.
He revealed during an award presentation at the just ended Miss Nigeria Ghana Beauty Pageant held at National Theatre that they are currently in the studio working on a new single.
When the Mc for the event, actor Peter Ritchie referred to him as “Former member of the Praye group, Cartel Big J stated that the music trio are already in the studio cooking up a new banger and has urged their fans to anticipate the return of the group.
Praye apart from winning the maiden Nescafe’s African Revelations, also won the Kora award for Best Group from West Africa.
They were adjudged New Artiste of the Year in the 2006 Ghana Music Awards Festival with their song Shordy, winning New Hiplife Song of the Year.
The trio were known for songs like Run Run Somethings, Praye – My shoddy, Wohoofe, Yepra pra, Wodin and Jacket ft. Batman, Wutah, 4×4 and Tinny.
