“African Lady” by Chemphe ft. Ball J was finally released on 1st March 2013.
The Pan African artiste and Ghana’s RnB King mentioned that he is impressed with the current competition in the system in the RnB genre and added it will help in growing that industry.
He however indicated that he’s been consistent for about ten years and challenged new RnB artiste to follow his trend.
Chemphe’s new track “African Lady” is a Hip Hop/RnB song with very fine melodies and nicely arranged lyrical content.
The RnB superstar leveraged on the internal growth of the industry to project a slowly growing genre by creating and releasing something Pop and RnB simultaneously.
Chemphe has topped most international music video charts with same song "why u dey treat am bad” and MTV base was no exception in 2007 as he maintained his spot in the top 10 spot for several weeks.
Moving From strength to strength, Chemphe was made the music icon for the African alliance of the YMCA, championing the SUBJECT TO CITIZEN (S2C) campaign.
He represented Africa at the 17th world council of the YMCAs in Hong Kong in the year 2010 and made an enormous impact on the world with the designed single SUBJECT TO CITIZEN which he featured the YMCAs.
Chemphe is also mentioned that his “Left Over” video and audio had very good airplay and is very impressed with the support from the media. After releasing two tracks from his ever popular “Purple Kiss” album which is set to be released in June 2013, Chemphe is ready to outdoor one of the Hip Hop/RnB tracks on the album.
