Chemphe’s manager goes ‘gaga’, condemns iTunes

Diddy Korsah, manager of Ghana’s R and B king Chemphe under the Tema’s most corporate oriented E-Jam Records was very furious about illegal commercialization of Chemphe’s cover on Chris Brown’s hit single deuces.

He mentioned that though the song was released over two years ago, some unauthorized individuals are making a lot of money from the cover through downloads on iTunes.

He further added that similar issues are also linked to the artiste’s videos which are commercialized on YouTube and other giant web based media avenues.

Diddy Korsah believes that the works of every artiste and management crew should be respected and legit businesses on the commercial use of videos and songs discussed accordingly.

He also added that the artiste is preparing to shoot two key videos “African Lady” and “Can I be” prior to the release of his purple kiss album in July 2013.

Chemphe’s new track “African Lady” is a Hip Hop / RnB song with very fine melodies and nicely arranged lyrical content.

The RnB superstar leveraged on the internal growth of the industry to project a slowly growing genre by creating and releasing something Pop and RnB simultaneously.
