Chicken and Beer Party Is Back!!!

“The Sunday Chicken n Beer” rave is undoubtedly the biggest club rave in the capital currently; albeit that the event takes place on Sunday nights preceding busy Monday mornings, it has over time managed to build up a study number of classy and distinguished ravers from all walks of life who do not mind cramming into Rockstone's to party hard into the early hours of Monday morning every weekend.

Chicken n Beer resumes for the 2012 edition immediately on the 22nd of January. According to the folks behind it, Silky Entertainment, run by the duo of Basil Anthony (CEO of Silky I.T. Production & TicketGhana.com) & Kofi Pepera (C.E.O of Pandora Plus Bulk SMS Services Ltd), the 2012 edition promises a better “CnB experience” for a successful year long season that is set to last till January 2013.

Recounting, the road to success for the rave, Basil Anthony, C.E.O of Silky Entertainment in a statement to the media states, “In line with the significance of Ghana's ever growing social life, Silky Entertainment has created the best nights every Sunday where everyone comes out in their numbers to enjoy themselves at a venue other than the beach from 3PM till late dubbed the “Chicken and Beer Party” or CnB for short, the only place to be on a Sunday night in the capital. In addition we have half price on selected drinks and charcoal grilled chicken.”

Indeed a little over a year ago, it would have been difficult to predict that a Sunday night rave would become the best thing to happen to Accra's nightlife but gradually it has consistently churned out exciting nights of fun and entertainment over three seasons.

Season 1 begun on the 06/03/2011 and run for 9 Sundays till the 01/05/2011 and was held at the former CINDERELLAS NIGHT CLUB. During the 9 weeks of Season 1 over 1,000 unique guests attended the event including surprise performances from Artiste such as D-Cryme, Dee Money and Jupiter. Also celebrities such as Trigmatic, Lazy (VIP), Nasara, J-Town, Miss West Africa 2011 Finalists and Team, among others partied at our event.

From June 2011, when the rave moved to ROCKSTONES OFFICE, it has phenomenally attracted over 10,000 people, averaging over 1000 people per week and has consistently churned amazing performances from surprise guest acts, international DJs and many others to become the city's ultimate rave.

Throughout the seasons, CnB has been supported by Pandora Bulk SMS, Ultimate Prints, Ghananie.com, 5star Energy Drink and TicketGhana.com.
