Gospel musician Cwesi Oteng is the only artiste from Ghana whose song was named among the Top 30 Gospel Songs of 2013.
Cwesi’s song ‘I Win’, was ranked the 7th top gospel song in the world in a shortlist that includes works from world renowned gospel divas including the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, Tasha Cobbs, Newsboys, Hezekiah Walker, Tim Timmons and William McDowell.
The compilation was done by internationally renowned Gospel Innovation® (Gospel Innovation, LLC), a Global Gospel Media Company that is all about spreading the Gospel in music, dance and websites.

Meanwhile, Cwesi Oteng’s newest work, ‘Count Your Blessings’ is already making heavy rotation online and on social media hours after the track’s video was released.
The song talks about how fellow Christians must continue to count their blessings and appreciate how good God has been to them.
“Count my blessing name them one by one…You have been so good…Lord I will not forget. Everywhere I go You dey my side because the things You do dey blow my mind,” a line from the song stated.
Cwesi’s album, ‘Mercy Project’, won in the Gospel Album of the Year at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs).
He is on the BBnZ Live record label.
