Daddy Lumba Daddy Lumba

Information from a reliable source to Ghanapoliticsonline.Com is that popular Highlife artiste, Daddy Lumba, who actively campaigned and did a song for NPP flagbearer, Nana Addo, in 2012, is likely to join celebrities for John Mahama and endorse candidate John Dramani Mahama ahead of the Nov 7 polls.

The source who made the revelations known to Ghanapoliticsonline.Com, said that the New Patriotic Party has made efforts to convince Lumba to do a song for NPP’s flagbearer in his third bid, but the artiste refused with reasons that, President Mahama deserves a second term.

According to the source, because the NPP could not succeed in their bid, they decided to plan a propaganda story against the artiste, that, he has collaborated with musician, Kwabena Kwabena, on a new campaign song for Nana Addo 2016.

This, angered management of Lumba to rubbish the news of the latter’s collaboration with Kwabena Kwabena for NPP. “That song was recorded and released in 2012. Maybe it did not get the necessary hype it deserved but as far as we are concerned, we don’t have any song for Nana Addo this year and we are not endorsing him this year” the source claimed.

Again, Ghanapoliticsonline.Com is reliably informed that, the artiste will be releasing a full album before elections and the album will inform his fans which candidate he’s rallying behind this year. As and when Ghanapoliticsonline.Com gets the actual date for the release, we will gist our readers.
