Diana Hamilton is a music phenomenon on the rise and a leading voice in contemporary African gospel music. She is a multi-octave and gifted artiste whose vocal ability has positioned her as one of the industry’s best-loved talents. With a powerful voice and an inspired writer’s hand in music and words, she has become one of African gospel’s most talked-about talents across the world.
Diana is an incredibly gifted Holy Spirit filled songstress who takes her calling very serious. She has a strong desire to draw people to have a deeper relationship with God through her music. She is an inspirational worship leader who leads worship across the world. Her ministry has taken her to various countries across the world including USA, Italy, Belgium, Canada, Holland and Germany.
Diana developed a profound passion for music at a very tender age, which has led to a celebrated journey. She has 3 hit albums to her credit and released her fourth album titled “Yehowah’ in September 2015 which is receiving tremendous airplay. Her inspirational songs continue to encourage many across world. She has received nominations for several awards and has won the following awards to the glory of God:

Best Artiste Europe at the Africa Gospel Awards 2011 of which Sonnie Badu, Master Don, Papa Richie, Lisa Muraya, Rev Osei Kofi, Rebecca Arthur, Gwendolynn Mukulu Chris, Aaron T Aaron and Muyiwa were nominees. Diana Hamilton was also nominated in the Overall Best Female Artiste alongside other artistes such as Winnie Mashaba (South Africa), Ohemaa Mercy (Ghana), Lara George (Nigeria), Sinach (Nigeria), Emmy Kosgei (Kenya), Rebecca (UK),Toyin Motara (Nigeria) and Cecilia Marfo (Ghana).
At the Ghana Music Awards Europe 2012, Diana Hamilton was nominated in the Best Female Act Category alongside Becca, Efya, Tiffany and she won the award. In the Gospel Artist of the Year category, she was also nominated alongside Selina Boateng, Ernest Opoku, Lady Prempeh, Prophet Eliyahu Boateng and Pastor Florence Opoku and she won that award too. She also won Best Female Vocal Performance at the Ghana Gospel Industry Awards 2012.
Diana volunteered as a peace ambassador in recent elections in Ghana. Ghana’s gospel sensation and multiple award winner and nominee, Diana Hamilton, launched her campaign for peaceful elections dubbed “Diana Hamilton Peace Endorsement Tour for 2012 Elections” in Accra.
She had a Press launch and signing of the peace endorsement form in Accra, which was replicated in all the ten regions of Ghana, seeking signatures from different groups and opinion leaders in society. Diana Hamilton’s idea of Peace Endorsement Tour for 2012 Elections was to replace the mere rhetoric of peace by certain personalities in Ghana with action-backed words through signing of the Diana Hamilton Peace Endorsement Tour for 2012 Elections forms.
She traveled the length and breadth of the country educating and collating signatures from Ghanaians of all walks of life to support and preach peace in the coming general elections. Diana Hamilton also reached out to people in churches, mosque, traditional leaders, schools etc as well as organizing town hall meetings to sensitize people on the need for peace before, during and after elections.
She has also been involved as an advocate for ‘Healthy Lifestyles” in Ghana and also supports various charitable causes. She was born to the late Apostle Felix Antwi, a former Executive Member of the Church of Pentecost, and Mrs. Comfort Antwi. She is the third of eight siblings and is married with a set of twins.
For Diana, it is an honour and a privilege to stand and lead God’s children in the art of spiritual intimacy through music in all genres. She understands that worship is what brings the overwhelming presence of God. Testimonies of relief and hope follow her wherever she ministers. She believes her music ministry has a key role to play in edifying, encouraging and exhorting the saints as the coming of the Lord draws near. Diana enjoys cooking and designs her own fashion. She remains a mentor for many upcoming gospel musicians. She also finds time to mentor the youth in her local church.
