Obviously, there is always competition among musicians as to who produces the best and more discerning video to their songs; EL is no exception to that.
31-year-old rapper Elom Adablah, known by his stage name as E.L released a captivating video for “Agbadza”, off his sophomore album scheduled for release this year.
The Agbadza video directed by Justin Campos is themed around the Ewe traditional dance of the people of the Volta region, and the video features cameos from Pappy Kojo and Joey B.
The video shows a wild and spectacular acrobatic display with a black and white picture quality and setting.
It showcased and used local musical instruments - the xylophone and the fontonfrom drum; as well as the Agbadza dance which purely depicts culture as expected.
The rap video had hiphop all around the lyrics but the afrobeat infusion syncs perfectly with any dance move which will get any party going.
