Mid-morning Show host of EIB’s Abusua FM, Ekow Mankatah known as Mr Katah has joined two former colleagues who left the Kumasi-based station and reunited with their former employers, Angel Broadcasting Network.

All three started the Abusua Fm with Kwame Adinkra as Morning Show Host, Ike De-unpredictable as Drive Time Host and Mr Katah as the mid-morning show host.

Sources confirmed that Mr. Katah resigned early this week and is set to begin a new programme with Pure Fm where Kwame Adinkra is the Morning Show host as well as the Business Manager.

Currently, it is gathered that he is going through some orientation and will begin his show anytime soon barring any last minute changes.

He started his radio journey from Focus Fm on the campus of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) moved to YFM before joining Abusua FM where he hosted Abusua Mmre.

Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN Ghana) is owned by Millionaire Dr. Kwaku Oteng and has over 20 media stations across Ghana including; Angel Fm and Pure FM in Kumasi, Angel Fm in Accra, Angel Fm in Sunyani , Cheers Fm Sunyani , OFm in Obuasi ,Angel fm in Takoradi , Cheers Fm in Takoradi, Darling Fm Cape Coast , K Fm.

There are plans in the offing to operationalize Holy Fm in Kumasi, Trinity Fm in Takoradi , Grace Fm in Sunyani, Angel Fm in Ho and Cheers Fm in Drobo.

Dr. Kwaku Oteng is also the owner of conglomerate of businesses including Adonko Bitters, Plus 2 pub, Angel TV, Angel Educational Complex, Angel Estate and Construction firm, Angel herbal products, Angel transport and trading and many others.
